Monster Hunter passive

Why?? I know you guys at your cushy chair are trying to band aid the funneling strat, but what about those jg mains who are trying to help out a lane by holding the wave? What's the incentive to help them out? What about those jg champs that mostly do 1v1s and just kinda split to win? How about making other lanes great? or jg even harder to get and getting rid of the rift scuttler BS?

It use to be that if your top or mid lane died early on, either to a gank or a 1v1, you could simply farm the wave and make the gold advantage just a little bit less.....

Now if your team is doing poorly, you will easily have the most gold on your team, and even if behind, will get absolutely no catch up gold from farming a lane of a team mate that just fed the enemy gold. Honestly it is probably the least thought out method of fixing the funneling strat.

New fix: Jungle items Passive Monster Hunter: After killing a Large or Epic monster, lane minions are worth X less gold for 30 seconds.

Tada, now you can't farm both, but you can choose to ward the camp, catch the wave, and not get put behind for doing something that should put you ahead. ( Put behind because of time investment, which means lower GPM ( Important stat ) and because of risk of camp being stolen while covering lane.

This was a triple penalty for our team when I was in jungle earlier.

  1. Our teemo top left the game 4 minutes in so right off the bat its 4v5.
  2. I have to switch from jungle items to lane items which is already a gold disadvantage.
  3. Not only is my smite rendered basically useless, but I only get 4 gold on the creeps i'm lucky enough to hit with no dmg, getting poked under the turret.

Or wait 16 minutes to ff and make it 3v5. To make matters worse teemo was the only ap. And I am the only tank.

Luckily I was amumu. so we won. but still. 4 gold!?!?

P.S. That brings up my second issue, there should be a 2nd chance to report leavers. I was so shocked we actually won that I forget to report during my one opportunity 45 minutes later.
