Kennen rework idea?
Just a write up of a proposed Kennen rework. Just some thoughts, nothing much, just my two cents. Anyway, read on!
Passive: Mark of the Storm: Kennen’s abilities mark enemies hit with Mark of the Storm, which lasts for six seconds and can stack up to three times. Upon reaching three stacks the stacks will be consumed to stun the target and deal 50 bonus Magic Damage.
Primary: Thundering Shuriken: (Passive) Every fourth basic attack deals 10/20/30/40/50 bonus Magic Damage, plus 40%/50%/60%/70%/80% of his Attack Damage. (Active) Kennen throws a charged shuriken in target direction, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (60% Ability Power)(40% Attack Damage) Magic Damage to the first enemy hit. If Thundering Shuriken consumes Mark of the Storm than Kennen gains 50 Energy. (Range: 1000. Cost: 60/55/50/45/40 Energy. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds.)
Secondary: Lightning Rush: (Active) Kennen transforms into a ball of electricity, ignoring unit collision and gaining 60%/80%/100%/120%/140% bonus Movement Speed for 2.5 seconds, as well as being untargetable for the first 0.5 seconds. During this time Kennen sends out electrical bolts to nearby enemy champions, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (50% Ability Power) Magic Damage to them. Lightning Rush can be canceled to instantly end the effect. (Cost: 85 Energy. Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds.)
Tertiary: Electrical Surge: (Active) Kennen electrocutes all enemies afflicted by Mark of the Storm dealing 70/95/125/160/200 (50% Ability Power) Magic Damage to them, as well as striking up to three targets near them to deal 75% of the full damage. (Range: 850. Cost: 45 Energy. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds.)
Ultimate: Slicing Maelstrom: (Active) Kennen summons an electrical storm around him for 3.5 seconds, which zaps random enemy champions every 0.75/0.5/0.25 seconds, dealing 80/140/200 (50% Ability Power) Magic Damage to them. Enemies cannot be hit more than three times each. During this time Kennen gains 10/20/30 bonus Armor and Magic Resistance. (Range: 500. Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds.)
