The same leak that claimed elemental lux also predicted and got 100% spot on candy king ivern, star guardian lulu, jinx, poppy, and janna.
With all of those predicted days before their reveal or even a teaser, elementalist lux is basically confirmed unless it got scrapped.
warpenguin5553 votesSome one also could have got the SG and Ivern skin info and just decided to added a fake ultimate skin in just to troll people, knowing that the community adores these skins. Plus the Fact that there isn't even so much as a teaser for it yet tells me that it's either fake or its not coming any time soon if it's real.

UtsukushiiSempai1 votesI think it will be for december ~ january because all other ultimate skin was release during the begining of a new season and because the leak on the PBE was an accident. I'm sure the skin is real because the leak also accidently shown 2 other skin that are now on the PBE, and another leak this september call it with 5 other skin that has been released now. I can't give a real information about the release date, but it seems logical for me that it released in the begining of the season 7
