A small Lux Buff

YO, i would like to speak about Lux and how to make her with a little buff more viable and more useful. I really love this champion and i played hundrets of games with her. The issues i have with her are: wave clear and her passive in teamfights. I think the most of you would agree that there are better champs with wave clear (Syndra, Xerath, Ziggs etc.). If you really are ahead you can clear the caster minons with your E but if not they will always have 10 or more HP, this kinda sucks. Some patches ago you wouldnt had this problem some times cause of the 2nd dragon buff who gave you more dmg to cs. That was really nice but since its now the 4th buff you dont benefit really of it. The ones who can wave clear easy dont really care about the 4th buff and for the other who cant wave clear it may come to late and the enemy already sieged well. But still i think that he bad wave clear of Lux isnt the main issue. Her passive is definitly useless in teamfights. Every time im in a Teamfight i will sit in the back with my adc give him shields and try to cc the enemy. So if i q someone and try to make my passive usefull i will get low or die for sure, cause they will flash or use a gap closer. Thats not an option. Plus her burst is weak she almost cant kill the squishy targets. For example adc/mid is out of position i can q e from max range i use my ult pop the e and i see the enemy just have 5% hp so easy kill with my passive, but i dont think its true if i walk forward now or maybe flash to get the kill, what if she flashes immediately after the q ends or get a last second heal/shield (and since you have summoner spell heal or almost every game someone with shield/heal) you are in range for the enemy and die (Thats also the reason i never buy Lichbane). So what can we do against this. My suggestion ist to buff the passive. Make every ability trigger her passive, it would be more dmg and you know you are safe afterwards. It would not cange much in lane since you do Q E AA E AA. Now you have 1 less AA but the same dmg. And in teamfights you would be more uselfull and have some more dmg even if just her E get buffed by this i think more User would play her, cause they are not forced to AA to trigger her passive and they dont take any risk to get closed to the enemy and die (so her Gameplay wouldnt change at all). So her new passive would be : Lux's damaging spells charge the target with energy for 6 seconds. Lux's next **attack or spell **ignites the energy, dealing bonus magic damage (depending on Lux's level) to the target. And ofc the ult passive would be gone on in the description but still be there.
And what kinda nerfed her in the past what didnt take any attention is the introduction of the new elexirs. In the past she could get 40% (or 35?) CDR with her masteries, her athenes and the blue elexir. Now its hard to get 40% you dont know if you get blue and you dont want to get CDR Runes or the CDR boots in my opinion cause she still need a lot of AP to do well DMG. For all who are wondering why i didnt mention to just buff her base dmg or scaling. I think thats makes Lux Lux after all. She is the Support mage (not a burst mage!) who needs to position herself right to be usefull for her team to provide the cc and protect the carry.
I hope you understand my thoughts on Lux and even if we ignore her CD on the spells the (non existent) wave clear and the weak burst potential i think she would be more usefull to play if all damage dealing spells would trigger her passive.
