Why cant my team perform in Ranked like they do in Normal.

Yeah. Im a bit pissed off right now. First off, I was s4 and went 7-3 in my placements. I know by Rito's standards, thats absolute trash. I am now b3. I want to understand why every single game I play has the same outcome. Before I explain all this, I am not toxic in Ranked. I get mad and flame a little in normals every once in a while, but not in ranked. With that being said, why can my team just in general, not do good. 9/10 times I will stomp my lane. Almost every single time. I roam when its appropriate, I back when I should. I ward, I ping, I communicate. No matter what I do, almost every single time all other lanes lose. Its ridiculous. I just dont understand. Am I just playing with idiots? Because the other team always seems to know what theyre doing. Its as if the top iq of the players im matched with has a cap on it. They dont just cs or play bad. They just arent smart in general. They act like children, they run into 1v5's, talk the most absurd, illogical, ignorant garbage imaginable. I just want to be on the smart team for once.

In normal games my team always performs well. They win their lanes, they take the objectives, they communicate, everything. Now why the fuck cant I get one game like that in ranked. Id literally rather go get killed by hackers and hear about my mother in Call of Duty than play ranked. Im done with this Rito. I hate it so much. I dont want to play ranked. I literally hate it. I just dont want that ugly ass bronze trash on my profile. Someone show me this game isnt full of idiots. Someone please respond with some kind of intelligence. I honestly dont care what it is. Your story, advice, anything. I dont care.

I was once a silver 1 fresh out of promos, I to have felt your pain. I stopped playing ranked for the same reasons. I don't mind the loosing games, I really didn't. but when im playing ADC and I tell blitzcrank NOT to pull the amumu, and explaining to him how his ult/bandage toss combo means free double kill for the enemy sivir, and he does it not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. I couldn't help but feel ranked wasn't for me. I know it was a bad match up ether way, but it was like he wasn't even trying to get sivir, more like "Ima grab what I can get"

At least in normal's when all goes to heck, there's always next game.

I would say that if you enjoy normal, but don't enjoy ranked, that you should stick to normal. I myself enjoy ranked and the challenge, but if I didn't, I simply wouldn't do it.

last season, I wasn't able to play LOL at all for 6 months. 6 months into the season, I got my chance to play. I didn't really care about placements and I ended up in bronze 3. took me a week to get to silver 3 and then after some more games, I got to where I am now again, gold 5.

how I climbed was basically expect nothing from my team. if I played support, then I did what I could and it was enough. i even practiced my worse role at the time which was adc and now i can actually adc ok.

as for advice: it doesn't get easier the higher you go. your other lanes still will lose about half the time as it is in all tiers. it will seem like more, but it's often not if you really watch, unless you have high mmr. just keep focusing on improving and enjoying the game.
