Matchmaking

I do not understand how I can try to play a normal match made game to warm up for ranked and constantly have players who are under level thirty on my team against a team of high platinums and diamonds. I do not see how this game can have millions of players active at any given time and the game thinks a fresh account can have the same skill as a high elo player. It has become nearly impossible to win, much less carry a normal game since this season began. I do not know if Riot rewrote their match making code because the player base is dying out and they just do not care anymore and get more money from competitive play. Over the past few years I have increasingly wanted to quit league more and more as time goes by and they continue to ruin the game. Things just need to go back to patch 5.24 when it was literally the most balanced and fun to play and toxicity was at an all time low.
