It'll backfire - ever since the first set of nerfs not only have I not seen LeBlanc in around 2 weeks or more but I myself refuse to play her since early on she's destroyed by any of the melee champions in mid.

They should add base damage in exchange for the ap ratio loss so I can still go LB support.
