He legit says that the whole point is to play for fun at the beginning of the video, including that he "sucks" and is playing with viewers. How you get "clickbait" out of that is pretty insane.

IDK if this is clickbait as I didn't see it, but your defence about it not being clickbait is bad. You can't say something isn't clickbait because of info you get AFTER clicking on the video.
nm10102 votesThe title and thumbnail are exactly what the video is about, so it still is not remotely clickbait. My response, outside of the definition, was mostly to him trying to call out Ross for playing in a non competitive environment.
That said, how in the hell would you know if something is clickbait or not without watching some of the content? “I watched the video and it was exactly as described” is about the best defense against clickbait that there is.

nm10101 votesYou are probably thinking about brofresco or ankle-whatever his name is. Both of them are like diamond players and play in iron-silver for their videos (brofresco also occasionally played a custom with viewers and implied it was ranked).
Ross plays normals and with viewers, but that is pretty clearly advertised in each video.
