duoing with those of a higher rank in normal games

I keep on getting games where a bronze or silver duos with a gold or plat and it just completely ruins the game for the other team, as everyone else is silver. Yes, these are normal games, but if I want to at least try to have a chance at winning; bronze teams aren't known for their communication skills and team fight tactics (no pun intended). My question is, why isn't there an averaging of the mmr/rank of the players in a group in a normal game, and if there is, why doesn't it actually do anything?

Normal's is the place where friends can go and play the game together so they can be many divisions mixed in for that to happen it has to be open with out restrictions of mmr/rank.

My Advice: If you are running into players of a higher division take the time to ask some of those higher ranks questions, watch what they are doing and try to weave it into your game play. Go back and re watch what they are doing in a replay. Alot can be learned from those situations. try to use normal's as a learning tool. I am not going to say that you wont run into a few ass hats that are just snobby or think the world revolves around their rank in a video game, but for the most part many will take the time to answer you. Remember norms are less about winning and more about fun and learning.

But there is always that 1 time you will get a good answer and you will never see that 1 time if you don't try.
