The servers should be moved back i have a 1.5 second delay now because of the new server.... its so bad... makes me not even want to play anymore. Riot improved ping somewhere else and fcked other people in the process.

Lord i can't stand people whining. 80 ping is still better than what most people used to have. People on east coast had 130 ping sometimes. 80 ping is not bad at all. And its certainly not a 1.5 second delay.

It is when it spikes up to 120 and then i freeze in the middle of the lane, its been happening since the new amazing server move.

A ping of 120ms is a 0.12 second delay. If you're having delays greater than that, it's likely due to packet loss.

It started happening after they moved the server.... its bs , especially when i freeze out of no where for 3-6 seconds, its irritating.

OK, that's 100% packet loss, and chances are decent that's a problem with your ISP. It doesn't have anything to do with Riot moving the servers.

80 ping is plenty playable. If it was 110, then you would have a stronger argument :/

Exactly.

The point is to give everyone an even battle field. No one is "fucked" we're all equal now. My ping went from 150-180 to 60-80. Don't be selfish plz

Yes, yours went from 150-180 to 60-80 while others went from that to 35 or even less like i used to have . that's why i said they fucked other people..

AMYS GRAVE1 votes

and no no one has 150-180, so it looks like it worked.

I had 120 ping in Georgia. You can live with 80 ping, mister. Plus, 80 ping should not have a 1.5 second delay, I was 120 and my delay was barely noticeable.

Do you even know what a 1.5 second delay is? That's 1500 milliseconds. Your ping increased by less than 50 milliseconds. If you play at a consistent 60 fps, 50 ms comes out to exactly 3 frames. So... you went from about 2 frames of delay to 5. Yes, it's a significant change, but it's far from unplayable.

I used to play pretty consistently around 80 ping. It is FAR from unplayable

1.5 seconds seems like a bit over the top for 80 ping. I used to play at 70 ping, and it was like half a second delay on a bad day.

A 80 ping isn't even close to a 1.5 second delay. 80 ping is closer to a half second delay than it is for a 1.5 second delay. Hell, 80 ping is closer to 1/4 of a second delay than it actually is to a half second delay. And, before you ask, this move put my own ping to around 70 from about 115. The last time I had ping that close was in Season 3. Right after my internet was upgraded. Sadly, it didn't last long, as the season ended and it sky rocket'd to over 100.

Though, I still kind of miss the 65 ping and lower back in Season 2...

I can't even stand you people. I used to have 150 ping all the time. Thanks to Riot I now have like a 45 ping. Be happy you have an 80 ping.

Lmao you complain about 80 ping? I have been playing with that before the servers even changed and there is hardly a difference, when you said there is a 1.5 second delay I can tell you're telling BS. I went from have 80 ping to 25 and I can tell no difference what so ever, that's pathetic if you think 80 ping is bad lol smh
