ive had the habit for years, if i need to change masteries, i dont lock in to buy myself enough time to change them fully. and i keep dodging games because of this and im sure other people have this problem. i dont believe we should recieve these penalties in the early stages of this new champ select waiting 30 minutes and losing promotional games is a huge problem when im sure many people have this same habit.
I agree, it;s honestly SO hard for me to start a game because I go through literally 3 or 4 dodges everytime before I can get into an actual game (and I believe it's because of this reason - people forgetting to lock in bans or picks).
Maybe it's something people will get used to eventually, but it sure is annoying,
You need to adjust to the new system. Lock in first, adjust after. The goal of the change is to make champ selects FASTER than they were before. Masteries take less time to change and create now, there's no excuse.
