Ornn has 44.94 WR, and he's not getting love. So why bother with Corki?

Corki has been like this since the end of preseason... Ornn was strong until conqueror got released... None of his items got nerfed, but most of the ADC crit items that corki typically builds got nerfed into oblivion.

Ornn also got so many nerfs and most tank items (his prime items) were rendered moot because of true damage (ignite, infinity edge, conquerors). Corki only has a hard time in lane because of assassins, right?

Corki's item spikes come super late, bc of how expensive they are. Its not just assassins that are a problem, its more of the overpriced items that are hurting corki.

I'm pretty sure that could be said for any late game champ...Besides, way I hear it, Corki can never be balanced because of his items. He'd just get out of control.
