To Riot Games,

If you want to release a patch, do it when you have the resources to actually successfully release it without having to make key attractions of the patch unavailable. It is stated that Qiyana be released on the 28th of June with no context for those in OCE or for those in any other part in the world. Toons still have bugs and more importantly, the client still crashes and has had the same issue for years. WHEN will this patch be OFFICIALLY LIVE for Oceanic players? Communicate with your fan-base instead of giving half-ass'd Patch Notes that just say a whole bunch of crap but don't really mean anything.

It has always been the case that champion releases are not available from the very beginning of a patch, I really don't understand why people always act like this is something new and outrageous.
