Getting out of games with known trolls

Riot, Can you make a way for REAL players to exit games with known trolls. Played 2 games with the same summoner in a row on Howling Abyss and they trolled both times. Looked them up and they are not a BOT, they have legit games where they actually appeared to play and build like they knew what they were doing. Bots should also be included in this ability. I realize that trolls and bots are "part of the game" but when you continually get into matches with the same ones it gets frustrating. Or at least make it so the matches are farther apart.
