Mouseover priority and (alt) selfcast

Hey,

i'm playing kayle and when i wanna cast ulti on myself through alt + R, sometimes i ulti someone else when i accidentally mouseover an ally. Is there a way to set the priority for selfcast to alt instead of mouseover?
