Let's talk voli

Don't get me wrong, I like these reworks and how riot keeps on updating champion. Whether its a visual update or a game play update, but I believe there are champions that need to be touched before others. I want to know why on earth Volibear is so outdated.

That guy has no AD scales on his auto attack modifier (his Q). The thing literally has no scalings.

His W is strong but its honestly so hard getting to deal the damage with it since it requires me to do a lot of damage before hand.

It boggles my mind on why his only scaling is magical on 2 abilities that don't even do that much damage.

I'm not saying voli needs a rework or a major buff, but he really needs his numbers moved around. I really love volibear but sometimes its too hard to do anything.
