EXP Not Rewarded After Match

I noticed that sometimes EXP is not given after a match, be it full team or worse than a 4v5. What gives?

did the person that did not get exp at all dc from the game for an extended period of time? That's the only I know that causes it.

Looking at others posts it might be because of server issues.

That makes sense. I hope Rito fixes it soon though, it's perplexing to not receive any EXP from a full match
