more than two spells

i think it would be cool to see more than two spells like 3 or 4, and people being able to take 2 of the same spell, sometimes you screw up and where you don't want to . You get stunned in a team fight and you use and get stunned again. Maybe you get in a one on one fight and you almost got the opposing champ and you them they run away and they're alive and well, ready to recall and fight again soon. You're in the jungle and you don't want to deal those pesky hard leashes or you just want to fly solo so you could one of the buff's and gank. I think they're would be a heavy reliance on flash to flash out of a situation but longer cool downs could solve the problem. p.s. taric is op pls nerf
