Possible new jungle item? Let me hear what you think of this new idea

I've been playing the jungle role for a year now basically since I started league and there's always this one thing I've always wanted to do... What if? You could give red buff or blue buff to any other teammate u want without them coming to get it on jungle? Let me explain Let's say you are jungle and u take blue but mid needs it now and you didn't pay attention, let's say Riot had this new item that let's you exchange the buff to that player obviously in range, you need to get close in order to do so... Let's say this "item" is like the jungle item but additional, a new item. Regarding the champion stats and gameply it gives different attributes, if it's a mage jungler it gives mana and AP dmg, if it's a warrior or assassin jungler, it gives atk speed and AD dmg, if it's a tank champion it gives heath and armor, and the passive is just a buff exchange. For example: You may exchange a red or blue buff withing 250 range Cooldown: 3 minutes I myself think it would be an awesome addition to the pro build set and how League is growing right now it would be a an amazing team building experience and it will show both jungle supremacy and teamwork in the team. If this turns out to be a good idea Riot I'm very glad I helped this game grow if not let me know xD after all II'm pretty new to the game and it's mechanics Thank you for your time reading this post.

its interesting. I think this is more something they could add as an active to any of the enchants as they don't currently have an active. no need for a new item altogether. this would also allow you to keep the gold and exp as the jungler while still giving the buff to a teammate who could better utilize it. However, if they were to do this the one caveat would be that it should not extend the duration or refresh it when transferred. if you get it with 3 minute timer or whatever it is, if it takes you 30 seconds to get to mid after doing another camp then that person loses that time on the buff.

still a little niche and kinda unnecessary as they already added the thing where camps get knocked down to 1 hp so you dont accidentally take the buff yourself.
