Would this be a good adjustment to Quinn's Ult?

I just wanted to ask if it is a good change to Quinn's Ult where her other abilities, Q (Blinding Assault) and E (Vault),during her ult have their mana costs reduced to zero.

I ask because of the following reasons:

  • To maximize Quinn's Ult , she has to utilize her E (to close the gap) and Q (for damage since Skystrike, while having great range, has low damage for an ult), which is 210 mana, over 45% of her maximum base mana at lvl 6.

  • Valor shouldn't have the same mana costs as Quinn (being a special bird and all lol).

While Quinn may have other issues, does this seem like a good change for her?

During her ult, she changes from a ranged marksman to a fighter. She should get bonus armor and MR to survive being in melee range. I think this is why her ult sucks, it gives an advantage to the enemy more than it helps her.
