Skin tradeing

You know when you get like a shen skin in a mysteri and you already have one skin for him, and your friend is a shen main have you never tought: Damn i wish we could trade skins so i could get one of thos Xin Zhao skins and he could have my leftover shen skin. Well atleast i have tought that about a hundered times. So Riot i think that it would be a nice ide to add skin tradeing. It would go perfectly with the new hextex crafting! (You could both trade skins and skin shards)
