I'm experiencing ping for no reason while trying to fight. Someone help!

I live in Greece, my normal ping is around 70-80 ms, I'm fine with that, I'm gonna go straight into the topic. I am not making this up my mind, it's actually happening, most of the time (at least 90%) when I try to fight my ping reaches up to 4000-6000 ms for no reason, in fights and when I jungle mostly, what's happening? Again I'm not making this up my mind, its actually happening, no salt or anything. I really need help. Is it because of the abilities or something. I really don't know. I've tried several times restarting my router, my PC, my game and the problem doesn't seem to be fixed. Help me please I can't play anymore:(
