Stopped playing before Azir release how has the game changed?

I've been watching some streams and it doesn't seem to have changed that much but I am curious if I am missing some of the finer details.

Uhh.

DFG was removed. Luden's Echo replaced it. Mages still k. Jungle specific items you can only buy when you take smite. Smiting jungle monsters can now give various buffs. Cinderhulk, an item that gives %hp scaling and greatly aids clear speed was introduced and brought in the "tank meta" we have going on now. It is one of the jungle items although tanks top now sometimes take smite to get it. Theres some new champions. Dragon now gives buffs instead of gold. Urgot got used in LCS.
