Ranked Trolls

So I have been playing league for many years now. I have trolled and been serious. Never in ranked have I trolled this is where the serious gaming should be going on in my opinion. So I am abit upset that we now have to deal with trolls in a game or be punished for leaving. Take this for an example a Garen and lee bot lane. Viable sure. but instead of playing safe they fed the enemy adc 14 kills apiece. and instead of trying to farm to catch up just continued to run into the enemy adc or in garens case teleported into the enemy base to keep dying. Trolls like these sure they get reported but you still see more and more of them and the actual players who want to progress. have no option but to lose their promos or placing because if we dodge we get a automatic loss and or lose ip. Riot change that because its unfair to those trying to progress.
