Are the tank items going to affect this?

Hello everybody,i have been thinking about buying and practicing as before i reach level 30,however some people have told me that he is in "trash" tier and not worth it.

Since i still don't fully understand the meta and how the item changes effect champions,do you think he will be more or less playable or will it not effect him much.Also do you think top lane will get any different in the most picked champions after such dramatic reworks to armor and mr.

if you depend from people's opinion you are a weak person go play him if you like it you're not even lvl 30 so just have fun while leveling up

As a vlad main myself ( Silver ) his laning phase is a bit weak early game. Took me a while to pick him up. when I first started playing him, I got bullied out of lane, and lost almost all my 1v1's. But As with any champion, there are more good sides to him if you keep playing him. Eventually you get to the point where you can 1v1 almost anyone with a champ your comfy with, cause you know how he plays.

So my opinion on vlad is, He is not as newbie friendly as many would like to assume ( being low tier ). But he is a lot of fun if you learn him right, and I seen quite a few HighGolds - Low Diamonds, play him and pull off really amazing games. So he isn't really bad either, just takes time to know his strengths and weaknesses :)

Regardless of the meta, if you are good enough at a champion, there are very few times that you have to worry about a champ being viable. Vladimir is great for teamfights and scales very well lategame. If you want to pick him as a midlaner or top laner, I say that he fits in pretty well with almost any stable comp.

Vlad's a fine champion. Honestly i wouldn't worry too much about if other people say hes viable or not and small balance changes like the ones to defensive items won't really affect your matches anywhere near as much as your ability to play him. From a more analytical standpoint he gets much of his tankyness through his passive so be sure your builds take his passive into account and you should be golden.

the people who told you that vlad is trash tier likely are awful at the game.
