Neeko

I am mainly focused on her E, the rest imo is perfectly fine. Most mages have roots that can double root, ie swain and lux. The main problem is with Neeko's hard cc is that it can go through minions and the root time is increased, and even if it doesn't go through minions u still get rooted for about 1.5 seconds as a base time, so you can't hide behind minions otherwise ur gonna get rooted and Qed nor can you get out of minion cc range because she's gonna root you either way.

EDIT: This might sound a little troll but honestly riot, her voice lines just make it so much more irritating and tilting, is there anyway to turn them off? The champion is so irritating. Riot, the champion doesn't really have allot of counter-play cc wise, almost every mage I have played as get's hard counters by her in laning phase, all you can really do is play safe and wait for ganks. Which is super unethical. Also any tips on how to counter her as Azir or any champion in general, I have a really hard time figuring out what to do in lane against her, any ideas?

Please make it so that she can't cast her root through minions or, can ONLY cast her root through minions.
