Champions With No Feet Can Buy Boots, But Cassiopeia Can't?

Is anyone else tilted over how Cassiopeia can't buy boots due to her not having feet, but champions like Nami, Aurelion Sol, Vel'Koz don't have feet and champions like Malzahar and Corki don't use their feet? How come they can buy boots, buy Cassiopeia can't.

I don't know this is just tilting for me

Kled should have boots, but when Skarl runs back to him, his boots no longer are in effect (unless Skarl gets the boots, then the effects of the boots no longer go into effect when Skarl runs off)

What do you guys think?

i think in Cass' case it was due to the fact that they couldn't really give her a decent passive so they just tried making something unique. if we're really going to argue about other champs not needing boots, lets also argue about blinding Lee, igniting Brand, and Fizz's ult devouring yordles.

I've always wanted Lee to be blind. Wouldn't mind a burning Brand either, though I'm not sure that's balanceable. Not sure where that last one came from though.

I'm honestly surprised no one mentioned the reason why Cass doesn't have boots is because she has a HUGE aoe control zone that doesn't let you dash or flash out and also slows/damages at the same time. She is literally one of the few champs in the game that has counterplay to flash. On top of having a spammable Q that gives an MS boost AND great Rylais synergy.

Hello peoeple? Riot just doesn't make a champ unable to buy boots for no reason or because shes a bloody snake. It has to fit in gameplay-wise as well.

First of all: Aurelion Sol has feet, and must have the most stylish shoes to fit them. But otherwise: no, it doesn't bother me much. I just wish they'd extend the same logic to the rest of their champs who have not been bestowed feet. In Kled's case, I argue that he should be able to purchase two pairs of boots. Same for Hecarim. (Broken, I know, but logic dictates it, and I obey logic.)

Well, nami wears boots as a hat, vel just wears them on his tentacles, Sol has tiny feet, better shoes mean corki can use his roflcoptor with more ease(Gas pedals, man), malz dances on air, Cass could put a shoe at the end of her tail, but it would fall off.
