I honeslty dont care if i suck with Qiunn or not but I hate how underplayed she is. I believe that she doesnt need a major buff but just a greater range. It would be better if she had a range of 560 so you could poke out the enemies. It would also go along with yor passive. Its not that much to just change the range :3

Just a guess: Maybe it's because her bugs get her killed bot? And, maybe, it has something to do with her ult putting her in melee range without giving her any extra damage or survivability (although admittedly, the attack speed is nice).
Suppose your options are Quinn, Vayne, Twitch, Cait, Varus, Tristana, Graves, and Lucian. All building bruiser (BoRK, Tri-force, damage/tank as needed). Which would you rather see in the top lane?
The way to get rid of Quinn top is to make her a serious pick as an adc.
redniwediS1 votesIf she gets a buff to help her as an ADC that's great, however if it also makes her even stronger top lane there's no real reason to play her bot. Other ADCs are not strong top, not because they are better in bot lane, but because they have far less dueling potential than is needed.
All I'm saying is if she gets a buff designed to send her bot lane she needs something in her dueling to be reduced as compensation.

A buff? Probably. But not to her range. If Valor could get a passive, some separate cds, and a slightly-more-than-half-assed execute on his ult, I think Quinn would be perfect.
