I honeslty dont care if i suck with Qiunn or not but I hate how underplayed she is. I believe that she doesnt need a major buff but just a greater range. It would be better if she had a range of 560 so you could poke out the enemies. It would also go along with yor passive. Its not that much to just change the range :3

If she gets a buff to range she needs a nerf to her dueling potential. Your idea might make her a good ADC, but she could become godly in top lane.
She is fine that's what your e is for. And get triforce

id love to see shaco nidalee teemo twitch buffed cause i play them allot
But realize this everyone on the forum that is not playing this champ will be whininh whining and whining till they decite to finaly nerv her to the point where you would love to have this quin back
She needs bug fixes first.
A buff? Probably. But not to her range. If Valor could get a passive, some separate cds, and a slightly-more-than-half-assed execute on his ult, I think Quinn would be perfect.
