How to win when team feeds

Hello! I'm a top lane main who mainly plays Yorick and sometimes Garen and Poppy depening on what the enemy team picks.

I'm in Silver 5 bouncing around mmr trying to get better. One of the things I noticed in a lot of my matches is I usually end up winning my lane while one or more lanes feed to an excessive amount. Like a 4/15 botlane or something like that.

At that point it seems really hard for me to carry unless another team mate is also doing well. When it'a just me doing well I usually end up losing.

I try to gank when I can and take objectives. But my team is usually tilted and never really works together (you know the classic u made me lose lane lines)

So any tips or tricks would be greatly apreciated.

Just try to split push

Once you get lane priority you need to get up into the enemy jungler's sh*t.

Kill your tower, then focus on getting vision down in the topside jungle.

You can steal camps, kill Rift, and rotate around the map (TP if applicable), helping your teammates kill their Tier 1 towers.

As Yorick you'll want to threaten their T2. Poppy will want to focus on teamfighting and bursting towers. Garen will probably focus on killing people, then using your man advantage to force objectives.

The biggest thing about split pushing is you need to know when you are safe. You want to be just barely safe. Push your advantage, and try to bait the enemy team into chasing you. Waste their time and you'll carry the game.

Hope this helps let me know if you need anything else.
