Is there anything I should know moving into Gold from silver?
I feel like there is a lot I'm not sure of but I would like advice from people who support in the higher elos.

Shot calling. Don't be one of those silver supports that tells you to group against a team full of team fighting champs that are ahead.
Wanna play some norms with me :3? I'm trying to main adc and move away from only being good at irelia. You'll most likely learn a thing or 2. That's if you don't mind being paired up and against higher elo people. I'm just plat but the most we'll probably see is diamond 5 0 lp scrubs.
Play Leona or alistar or blitz best in silver
Alistar is advanced mindset of a jungler
Roam if your adc can't play that role and if he whines mute ( cs is bad / position is bad / he doesn't play the role) After you get three levels that is
If adc good Then roam only if he wants to solo Or when you get a kill on bot lane and your ad is safe (ie buy wards and watch him while your going too)
Ganking path to mid and top communicate with them if they warded or buy a scanner Having a summoners is a plus Then proceed to grab a quick kill Be sure to ping that your ganking so they follow up
If minion wave is at your teams turret Do not go in wait for them to kill the creeps To get money and exp After that go in and ham
Hint: whenever if see them spam bot no Mia in all chat prepare yourself and camp the hell of that guy with the jungler so he will rage and make horrible plays
By now you should be strong so tell jungler or mid to come bot with u and kill their enemy bot lane take drag or mid whichever seems the most gank able and rotate to take drag if possible
