Static Shiv or Phantom Dancer??

She's still going to be focused on sustained damage, over extended fights Phantom dancer provides far more DPS than Shiv, It's the same for similar champions, like Ashe or Caitlyn as well.

Shiv burst is only going up against minions and is fairly ineffective against champions after a little while (since you build no magic pen). In addition, the passive on phantom dancer that reduces the damage you take from the last enemy you hit will help you stay alive longer to get that reset.

Side note: how does hurricane and phantom dancer work together? It would make sense to me that phantom dancer would need to be coded just like Vayne silver bolts, otherwise you would never get the passive? But I digress, ill test it when it goes live I suppose.

However, the new Rapid Firecannon might be nice because of the long range rockets.
