Fps and lag issue

Hello since like the patch 8.2x i've been experiencing weird behavior of league. For example, if my ms goes up by 1-2 ms (which isn't a huge value really) my game literally drops like 10-20 fps and is choppy for few seconds and returns to normal it's really frustrating to play with that kind of stuff happening in the middle of teamfight or even better while trading with someone as it gives u a disadvantage. Also, there is something weird cause when I have stable ping for the whole game and my internet is literally the best one I have around 250 Mb/s a random lag spike comes up and I'm unable to move as the game tries to reconnect, it's only happening in League and in CS:GO,rocket League or any other game I never experience lag or anything really in these games. Rito pls help its really fucking annoying.

I'm honestly not sure if this is related to your problem, nor if it is actually "fixing" my issues, .. but I've found if I run the "Defragment and Optimize Drives" app (Windows), then restart my computer before booting the client, I tend to have less issues.
