The new mordekaiser w, if reversed, could make for an interesting support mastery

When you take mordekaiser into a duo lane, he's really strong in the fact that he out levels the other duo lane. And it got me to thinking on different things that can be done with this.

I took Leona mid with smite, alongside mordekaiser. As the jungle item can be bought with other gold income items, I started off with relic shield, later buying cinder hulk, after sight stone. I proceeded to keep red warded, as well as smiting the wolves as I passed by to keep top side jungle covered. As I got sight stone, I, along with the usual bot lane support, had entire bot side vision coverage, of their jungle and ours. This completely shut down their jungler, who was forced to farm only his top side jungle and camp top. After gaining dragon control, and seiging mid and bot, morde and I switched top, bringing riven mid, allowing us to seige top. Resulting in an early forfeit.

After playing a few more games like this, having fun as a support who could roam easy and have powerful ganks, it got me to thinking of what they could do to bring this to the bot lane, or even bring this kind of play into meta besides the use of mordekaiser.

And the thought hit me, all they would have to do is put a mastery somewhere in the utility tree, possibly a second tier of the one allowing you to gain xp by standing next to a higher level, or put it as a passive on all support items. Making it essentially a reverse on the effect, so if the adc or whatever lane you're in, is last hitting, you're giving them 100% xp.

If this idea could be done at some point in the preseason perhaps introduced in this upcoming season, the concept could make for some interesting game and meta changes.
