So, im trying to get a chest aprox. 3/4 weeks but i haven't received any, i got 3 chests available to receive and im only getting key fragments from games i earn (or my friends) S+ or S-

Is this some kind of bug or something or is it just a normal thing to happend?

If you already got a chest for the champ you are playing with on the game with your friends, you may not get a chest I think.
