Ranked LP System

Hi there,

I have really enjoyed my League experience. Definitely a great game! The only thing that bugs me consistently is the AFK's in games. I understand this is not Riot's fault, and that they have a system in place where you can report them, which is great. Why do we still get punished, tho? I just played a ranked game and lost 20 LP and we had an AFK from the very beginning of the game, literally trolling... so I was thinking... how come there is not a way that Riot can recognize that there was an AFK in the team and simply not let the team members be affected by loosing LP. So I am fine with the other team getting the victory since they are not responsible, but people AFK all the time in lower ELO's and that's really demotivating and frustrating. Pretty much all that I'm asking is for a system that is fair to players individually.
