Does the repeating mission of winning 1 SR or 2 ARAM games count towards the house trails? I won 2 ARAM ealrier and it said they coutned but I logged in again recently and it the count went back down by 2.

That's a visual bug, keep doing these missions and you will see that the number keeps going up, even through it will sometimes look like it went back to a default value, it won't stop rising.
