DO NOT BUFF XIN ZHAO
This is a formal warning to Riot games, who has shown to be completely incapable of balancing their game throughout the years because they do not actually test how strong their characters can be themselves, and leave it up to other people to relay information of what is supposedly "good" and what isn't.
If you buff Xin Zhao, you will regret it. The potential he contains which is untapped is something neither you nor professionals have explored enough, and you have no right to touch the character in any way until you do so. Your idea of calling a character is bad is taking one build, trying him out with someone who doesn't know how to play him, see that he gets focused and doesn't do enough and decide "this character is bad". I'm sick of you ruining my characters every season for the past 4 years. You always buff them when they are already extremely overpowered, then everyone starts permabanning them until you shit on them and what made them unique no longer exists. I would expect after 6 years you wouldn't need some random vagabond to tell you how to make the game that made you millions of dollars, but apparently you do.
I'm not going to tell you why he's good, and I don't need to. All's you need to know is that you don't know whether he's good or not, which means you don't even know what you're trying to "balance".
If this message is ignored, I will repost in 2 days with the account being diamond + to prove how incompetent you really are in understanding a champion's potential. If you still choose to ignore me, I'll climb the ladder until challenger using only Xin Zhao, take a screenshot of it, post it here and quit the game as soon as you make any change to him, so that the whole world knows that you drove one of the top 200 players of your region out because of your arrogance and delusional complex thinking you know everything.
As this is a message to Riot themselves, I'm not interested in discussing much with the general population. If you're less than Master's, I will not read or reply to you because you don't know enough about the game to discuss game balance.
