Hi guys,
I'm just a bit stumped as to why all of my skin shards have an icy blue border whereas my Frozen Terror Nocturne shard has a golden border. Could anyone clear this up for me? I've Googled to no avail, thank you :)

Sukishoo2 votesThe blue borders are just a regular shard, the golden border means it's a permanent and is either already owned or can be unlocked instantly and didn't add itself to your collection properly.

That sounds like it's a permanent, not a shard. Click it and see if you can redeem it without spending essence.
