How does Riot feel about laners taking jungle camps?

Hey! So I've been asking myself this for awhile now and the more time passes I'm getting more tilted out of this and I actually want an answer! So, camps now have a long Respawn Timer, and sometimes Junglers get behind! But it gets worse when your laners start taking your camps! I'm not talking about Krugs or Gromp that are far away from Mid Lane! I'm talking about Raptors and Wolfs! The 2 camps that junglers will be doing 24/7 for how easy they are to access, and how easy it is to go to Mid Lane help the laner on a gank or something!

Tl;Dr : Title basically

Riot probably has no opinion of it since it's a team cordnation/strategy issue.

Lanes taking camps is pure efficiency and should be done when ever possible.

Clearing the JGL generates Teamgold - every second a camp lives is bad. So if a laner can clear a camp without spending to much ressources or lossing CS he should do it if the JGL is somewhere else.

And that's not only true for mid - but also for Bot and Top - although they get the opportunity to do so on a less regular base.

Agreed after 8 to 10 min. Sometimes I have to beg my laners to clear camps when I'm counter jungling so the enemy jungler doesn't just make it up on my side. Let's not even get into how hard it is to get someone to clear a camp with a kindred mark...

Yet the few times I actually seem to really need my camps or be literally a screen away on my route, my laners take my shit lol. That's when I just start "ganking" to tax.

But it isn't ok if they lose minions? There is a minion wave dying to tower, and they are taking Raptors, it isn't ok? Because like Platinum seems Bronze

If you loose minions while taking a camp the + in efficiency is gone. There is little point in doing so. It doesn't even helps them since they spend alot of time/HP/mana when they get free gold with AAs in lane. (Assuming we're talking about laningphase)

OFC that's nothing riot should worry about - it's just plain stupid. =) (9 out of 10 times)

Riot’s opinion is that nobody owns any minions in the game - be they enemy minions, neutral minions, or neutral monsters. There is no prohibition on them doing this, and as others have said there is a gameplay advantage to doing it most times.
