So can Riot already fix the normal gamemode matchmaking system?

So Im lvl27 newbie that doesnt know much about this game and I always get placed against higher rank people (higher rank while Im not even allowed to play ranked yet). Today I got placed against a Diamond 3 player that had 1 400 000pts on Yasuo while my highest is 5000pts on Lux.

Can someone explain me why Riot hates new players and wants them to quit before they even hit lvl30 and can play ranked (Im assuiming that ranked will be better since I wont be matched against diamonds) I started this game with 2 of my friends and they both quit the game already because they were going 0-20 every single game and it was not fun at all. The only thing that is keeping me in this game is the hope for ranked to be better.

So if Riot really wants to make money (witch they obviously do) maybe they should try to make their game playable for noobs too so they wont quit at lvl10 because every single player that quits means that they wont be giving money to Riot (in skins and stuff). Maybe fix the game so when you are under 30 level you only play with under 30lvl and not against diamond and gold players.

I think this is unacceptable from a big company like this and it just shows that they dont care about their players. The weird thing in this is that they are losing money every time a new player quits the game. Are the Riot people just plain stupid with IQ lower than their shoe size or am I missing something?
