Banner of Command Suggestion

Hey guys! The Item ( Banner of Command ) works very well however with a 200 cooldown ability I feel it could be better by reducing the cool down from 200 seconds to 120- 140 seconds, this would give a interesting style of play for siege from an item. If not, I propose another suggestion about stacking banner of commands, on the active only of course being activated by the singlke item itself rather then puting all banner of commands on cooldown, this would give an interesting playstyle as well.Thanks for reading!
