why my ranked game got cancled

before 10 mn i enter a rank game than we go to champ slect lthan login scren than the game just freez i close my client try to reconct 3 times but its just say error after that i go to match hestorie i didnt found the game didnt lose lp no remake its just like didnt happen this is the 2nd time my game got cancled sry for bad english
