Ashe and new mastery Warlord's Bloodlust

Those Ashe can use Warlord's Bloodlust? Yes, no, why?

Ashe no longer crits on every auto. Her damage scaling with crit has been unchanged though. On top of that, she does crit with her critchance, but it doesn't do additional damage, it doubles the slow. So the mastery should proc on these double-slow crits.

So basically we have: AA Enchanted AA Critical strike

And we can: AA + Enchanted AA + Critical Strike (some times as a normal ADC) + Warrior Bloodthirst. No complains then, thanks a lot Sasogwa!
