right now im giving free kills in ranked game because im vs this lb. her E can prock passive. thats a buff. her ult makes her mimic throw out another copy of an spell and dealing even more dmg. thats an buff. with 159 ap her single E did a total of 754 dmg. thats broken since she slows then snares. she still just Q and then W but waits 1,5 sec. but got higher ap scaling and base dmg thats an buff. she is still played like old lb. a rework means to change her gameplay not make her even stronger.
