Solo ladder

Is there anyway that we could have just a solo ladder? I'm not talking about solo queue and stuff, I mean like just a 1v1 style gameplay where you climb ranks. I understand that this game wants to enforce the principal of playing with a team, but from Bronze to Challenger there are players that just won't do that. They prefer to play a solo style of gameplay. It's so frustrating to start pounding your laner into the dirt and then he roams, and you follow up but by the time you get down there he's already killed three members of your team and then your adc afks. Then you lose your ranked game. I think people would be interested in a solo gamemode where it comes down to who has more skill, practice with their champion, and macro, rather than playing a game of 'who can kill the noobs in bot lane the fastest.'
