[Suggestion] Muting Laugh
We should be able to mute them, it's really tilting.

If someone can get to you with just making their champ laugh, then that's a different issue altogether.
^ This guy is right you know, honestly if someone on the enemy team is spamming laugh, and that's enough to make you go on tilt, then I can either guess you were all ready on your way to going on tilt, or you have let your pride blind you, and much like a caged beast you drive yourself further into madness.
