Is Xin Zhoa adc viable again?
I swear, in low elo, this dudes a beast on adc. At level two, you just engage the fuck out of them. Best with annie/leona/aatrox support. With carries being nerfed left and right, xin is king.

be careful against adcs with escapes, jumping on that graves might be very bad idea :D You definitely want armor seals and quints for that and dont shy away from buying some defenses on your first back.
