WTF RIOT? NEVER A S/S+ RANK?????
So i just played a ranked with yi where i won at 45/7/10, did 1 pentakill and 1 quadrakill BUT GOT ONLY A S-?????????? WTF? THEN ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A S/S+? FIX THIS SYSTEM!

No its not impossible, I got a S+ once and I did not get a really high KDA like you did. I don't think they based it solely on just KDA. I don't really know how they calculate the score though. But if it helps that game ended quickly with me dying only once I think, constanly warding mid side and roammed every chance I got and got both side lane fed too. (I was playing mid that game.) GL getting that elusive S+.

The mastery system doesnt reward people for farming kills in complete stomps
KDA is NOT the only factor
You want your S/S+? Push and take objectives with your advantages. You didnt get S/S+ because you didnt deserve it
CS is the most important. Though I don't wanna tell a salty yi player to farm more..
