Zilean Passive
Zilean passive seems useless. It's difficult to use and it doesn't even give that much exp when used.

Late game, I agree that it has little value, but early game, if you can get a level advantage on your opponents early, you can get a big boost. Level 3 stats are much better than level 2 stats, for instance. Additionally, if you can get to 6 ahead of your opponents due to Zilean's passive, you have a brief period of time with a large edge over your enemies. It's all about capitalizing on those moments.
