wait they're hitting his hp why are they doing that over half of his original hp came from high mp builds so is he the guy that just runs it down mid now?

"Chase me and die, but I move faster than you and will slow you" isn't fun for anyone. He isn't overpowered or broken, they all just play this stupid proxy mini game that makes you cringe every time you see him picked.
Singed just runs around your base collecting minions so you either 4v5 dive them and hope to end the game with the minions already released, or just send people back to scare him off for a few seconds.
